I don't see exactly what I am looking for; do you offer any other merchandise?
Yes, we have access to numerous manufactures. Let us know what you are looking for and we will do our best to find it for you.

The baby shower is tomorrow! Can you get it to me on time?
It generally takes 2-3 days to process rush orders. If you have an "emergency" we will try to accommodate you. Please send us an e-mail marked “Emergency” and we will let you know if it is possible.

Can I pay by check?
Yes. Just print your order form and send it with your check made out to Associated Premiums, which is our parent company. We do however hold all personal checks for 7 business days before shipping your order.

Do you have an order minimum?
No.

Can you give bulk discounts?
Yes. Email the quantities and items that you are interested in and we will be happy to provide a quote to you.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
You should expect delivery in 10-15 business days unless you specify a rush. If an item is not in stock we will contact you immediately so that you may decide if you can wait a few more days.

What will shipping cost?
We do not profit on our shipping; we try to keep it simple while covering our costs. Shipping will be figured by weight.

Do you have a store?
No, we are an online store only, and do not have a physical storefront or catalog. The best way to contact us is via email.

At this time we are web-based. If you have an urgent issue you can send an e-mail and we will respond within 12 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)
