Most of the items on our site are processed and shipped in 5 - 7 business days. Our order processing department is open Monday - Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Although you may choose to have your orders shipped overnight, please be aware that, although these orders are given priority over items ordered with standard shipping methods it is often not possible to ship some of our items any faster than is indicated. If you do need an item the faster than the standard production time of 5-7 business days, please e-mail us and if possible we will accommodate. Please be aware that from Halloween through Christmas orders may take longer. Please consider this when placing holiday orders.
