Shake Rattle and Roll Baby warrants our products to be free from defective material or workmanship upon delivery. Shake Rattle and Roll Baby at its option, is limited to repairing or replacing these products. There are no other expressed or implied warranties.

Returned products that have been subject to abuse, misuse, damage or accident or have been connected, installed or adjusted contrary to the instructions furnished by Shake Rattle and Roll Baby or repaired by unauthorized persons will not be covered by our warranty.

The purchaser agrees to assume all liabilities for any damage and/or bodily injury, which may result from the use or misuse of our products by the purchaser, his employee or agent.

Returns and Refunds:

Your satisfaction with our product is our highest priority and we do our very best to follow your instructions. Personalized items may be returned but only if they are defective or we have made an error in spelling or size. We do not offer refunds on personalized items. Please be sure of spelling and size before you make your order as items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for a refund or exchange If we make a mistake we will send out a replacement item the next business day. We will make it right and FAST.

Your refund will be the price of the merchandise.
In no event will Shake Rattle and Roll Baby be obligated to accept the return of merchandise that has been damaged through the customer's actions or omissions. Damage occurring during return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
